§ 01 / asked

Frequently asked.

q01 When will the schedule be announced? +
Speakers will be announced in batches after the CFP closes. The full schedule lands closer to the event. Subscribe to the newsletter to get each announcement first.
q02 How are talks selected? +
A CFP committee reviews every submission, then runs a final curation pass for lineup balance. Weighted on engineering depth, originality, and whether you've shipped what you're describing. See the CFP page for the full rubric.
q03 Will talks be in Turkish or English? +
Both. Roughly 70% English, 30% Turkish. Every talk is labelled on the schedule.
q04 Will talks be recorded? +
Yes. Recordings go up on YouTube after the event. Speakers can opt their talk out, in which case it stays attendees-only.
q05 Is the venue confirmed? +
The city and date are: İstanbul, 17 October 2026. The exact venue will be announced soon. Full address, transit, and access notes go on the venue page as soon as it's confirmed.
q06 Can we buy tickets via quote/invoice instead of credit card? +
Absolutely yes. Drop us an email at hey@latentshift.ai with the number of seats and your billing details, and we'll sort out a quote and invoice.
q07 Refunds and transfers? +
Tickets are non-refundable. The price is deliberately set low to keep LatentShift accessible, and every ticket sale is booked into venue, AV, and food costs as soon as it lands. Tickets are fully transferable though. Email us the new attendee name and we'll reissue the ticket. If the price is still a barrier and you're a student, reach out to hey@latentshift.ai from your university email address.
q08 Can my company sponsor? +
Yes. Five tiers from community to title. Request the deck at sponsor@latentshift.ai or read the sponsor page.
q09 What's the Code of Conduct? +
We follow the Berlin CoC. Reports go to a 3-person committee and are kept anonymized. Full text on the Code of Conduct page.
q10 How do I reach the organizers? +
STILL CURIOUS?
Write to hey@latentshift.ai. Every email gets read, and the useful ones land back here.
