What LatentShift is
LatentShift is a one-day conference in Istanbul for the engineers who build, ship, and keep AI running in production. Not launch demos or roadmaps. The real work. Evals, infrastructure, latency, cost, drift, debugging, security, and the trade-offs that occur after the launch demos.
The first edition is on 17 October 2026 in İstanbul; the exact venue will be announced soon. One single-track day of long talks, short talks, and hands-on labs, delivered roughly 70% in English and 30% in Turkish.
